Leatherhead, May 22 2009 – Infradata has been certified by Juniper Networks as Operate Specialist. Infradata already has been an important Elite partner for Juniper Networks for a long time now. The Elite partner status is triple and concerns the three by Juniper selected knowledge fields of Service Provider Infrastructure, Advance Network Infrastructure and Advanced Security. The ongoing cooperation between Juniper Networks and Infradata has now been strengthened through the certification of Juniper Operate Specialist.

The status of Operate Specialist from Infradata is a reward for good support handling and the level of knowledge in Juniper products and solutions. This status is also a guarantee for Infradata customers they can count on the best possible support on their network. Through the grant of this status Infradata can be more flexible concerning support pricing and the offer of Service Level Agreements. Infradata can now give more customer intimacy concerning support cases. Customers have the advantage they will be serviced by engineers who are already known with the customers’ network. This all speeds the process of support.

“We are very happy with the certification. Although the quality aspect comes forward in all our processes, our people have committed themselves to meet up to all the Juniper demands to get this status”; says Leon de Keijzer, Managing Director of Infradata. “We are getting the reward for years of investing in de knowledge level of our engineers. With statuses like this we’re putting good signals out on the market. We are very positive about developments like this and our future”.
