- Entreprises Adaptées (AEs) and Établissements et Services d'Aide par le Travail (ESATs) share the mission of integrating disabled people into long-term employment. However, an ESAT is a medico-social structure where workers receive an allowance and are considered to be users. In contrast, an EA such as Cèdre aims to create sustainable, high-quality jobs, paying its employees at least 100% of the minimum wage.

Differences between EA and ESAT
Cèdre is taking on a double challenge
Cèdre's ability to combine its social mission with economic requirements is at the heart of its success. By offering suitable, sustainable jobs, it contributes both to the professional integration of disabled people and to preserving the environment by recycling waste.
Integration of people with disabilities
- Adapting working conditions to the abilities of the people we welcome to facilitate their integration.
Economic viability
- Operate as an autonomous and economically viable business.
Recycling at the office
Regulations (the law on ecological transition, the ‘5 flows’ law, the law on recycling paper in the office and the increase in the TGAP tax) now require companies to sort and recycle their waste. And almost all of your office waste can be recycled.
With Cèdre, Nomios has a single point of contact for all our waste and an effective management and reporting tool that makes it easy to understand our actions and our social and environmental impact.
