The Juniper and Corero Joint DDoS
Protection Solution provides real-time detection and automated mitigation of distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks. It integrates Corero SmartWall Threat Defense Director (TDD) software with Juniper MX Series and PTX Series routing platforms to deliver high-performing protection at scale, ranging from 50 Gbps to 40 Tbps. The solution offers always-on packet-level monitoring, automated responses to stop DDoS attacks within seconds, and advanced protection against "Carpet Bombing" attacks. It also provides 5G DDoS visibility with GPRS Tunneling Protocol (GTP) payload inspection and supports network traffic inspection within GRE, VXLAN, and IP-IP tunnels. Additionally, the Multi-Tenant Portal allows individual tenants or departments to access and view DDoS attack status while providing a global view to the organization managing the TDD deployment.
