Every day as a SOC analyst at Nomios begins with one crucial mission: safeguarding our clients' digital environments. In a world where cyber threats are constantly evolving, early detection and rapid response are vital. We are continuously monitoring for suspicious activities that could indicate a potential breach. When a threat is detected, we shift into incident response mode, quickly identifying the root cause and neutralizing the attack.
Our work also involves vulnerability management to address underlying weaknesses and prevent future incidents. Staying ahead of new threats is key, and we are constantly analysing malware and fine-tuning our defence strategies in the lab. It’s a proactive, ongoing process that ensures our clients receive the most up-to-date protection against cyber threats.

As Service Delivery Managers (SDM), our role is to ensure that we deliver services tailored to our clients' specific challenges. Through a clear Document of Agreements and Procedures (DAP), we align on everything from incident handling to change management, escalation paths and regular security reviews. This DAP is a dynamic document, updated regularly to capture the daily operations of the client and our team at Nomios.
