After that, Eric Bohec, our group CTO, is going to clarify zero trust network security and SOC (Security Operations Center). Eric is responsible for supporting and managing the services and relationships with Nomios' group partners and for the cybersecurity technology choices we include in Nomios solutions. Afterwards, we will head down the culinary road in Le Chalet de la Forêt, a two Michelin star restaurant.

Le Chalet de la Forêt **
The beauty of the location, the seasons passing in the kitchen garden and the generous cuisine of the remarkable talent that is Pascal Devalkeneer, make this a place of excellence.
Every day the wood is lit in the kitchen, the bread is baked. Grilling, salting and smoking are done on site.
Bringing together all the food-related professions is to create a perfect combination that gives the chef the freedom to focus on technique, the cooking process, new flavours and on the extraordinary biodiversity offered by the plantations in the garden.
